Xábaca: International support network for Arab women creators

The goal of this international support network for Arab women creators is to promote the political empowerment of these women creators as a source of social transformation and to defend human rights. This empowerment means raising awareness about their status as creators and agents of social transformation. To achieve this, an international support network will be created, led by the Spanish state, with the participation of Arab women creators (both in their countries and in exile), as well as international women creators, Catalan and international organizations which work to defend human rights, and the members of the public.
