Dramatized tours of Casa Mudéjar

During this second semester, we invite you to become familiar with our headquarters in Cordoba through these dramatized tours guided by one of the families that once lived in the Casa Mudéjar. First tour (free) on Friday, September 20. Come join us!
The tours will be given on the following dates:

Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Cordoba has traditionally been called the “Casa Mudéjar” because of the style of some of the decorative features which it still preserves. Like many homes in the surrounding area, it has undergone a number of renovations and expansions, creating a sometimes maze-like space.
In order to learn a bit more about it, we are hosting a dramatized tour with one of the families that lived in the house, thus helping visitors discover person this jewel of Cordoba architecture in person.
*To make sure you don’t miss this unique visit, the first tour will take place on Friday, September 20 at 5:30 p.m. As an exception, this tour will be free of charge. The next tours will soon be announced on this website, and you can take part once the ticket sales have begun. The tours will be guided by Sexto Mario.
SextoMario is made up of professionals who have earned advanced degrees in Art History, History and Archeology, possessing excellent resumes with training on the history and archeology of Cordoba. In addition to this, they have extensive teaching experience, which allows them to offer extensive information about our historical and archeological past. They have a vocation for teaching history in a fun and entertaining way, without failing to teach us about the fundamental contents which shape our values and our culture.
