    Casa Árabe will display in Almeria from June 29th to July 30th this season. Starting in June, it portrays the vision Arab filmmakers have on the city, as a place where desires, projects and hopes, dreams for anonymity and freedom can come true.

    Casa Árabe shows at Teatro Moderno in Chiclana (Cadiz) the docu-fiction film Expelled 1609: The Tragedy of Moriscos (Expulsados 1609. La tragedia de los moriscos), produced by Casa Árabe due to the fourth centennial of the Morisco expulsion.

    Passions Laberynth: love and desire in Arab cinema

    Casa Árabe will screen from 2 to 30 June, in collaboration with the Malaga Contemporary Art Centre and commissioned by Alberto Elena, includes five titles that raises questions related to gender and sexuality in the Arab world.
