Reading Club in 2026
From December 15, 2025 until January 20, 2026From January 20 to March 31, sessions on every other Tuesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.MADRIDWith the beginning of the new year, our Reading Club will be returning, with six sessions that give us the chance to delve deeper into works and authors that give us a closer look at the Arab world through literature, essays and graphic novels. Casa Árabe announces the third edition of the “Friendship Award”
From November 24, 2025 until January 23, 2026The purpose of the award is to give acknowledgment to the work by individuals and institutions that have made an outstanding contribution to strengthening ties of co-existence, harmony and understanding between the Arab and Spanish societies. The time period for submitting nominations will last from December 1, 2025 to January 23, 2026.

Artistic intervention in Cordoba as part of World Art Day
From April 25, 2025 until January 31, 2026Work carried out as of April 25 (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) to April 26 (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).CORDOBAAs part of World Art Day, and at the initiative of the Autonomous Regional Government of Andalusia, the Municipal Government of Cordoba, the Cordoba Provincial Government and Casa Árabe, artists Almudena and Begoña Castillejo, along with professor and creator Maysun Cheikh Ali Mediavilla, will be creating a work that intertwines memory, resistance and the avant-garde.
