Check the calendar so you don’t miss a single session. We hope to see you there!

The series “Seven Women Talk About Al-Andalus” provides a refreshing, pluralistic look at the history of Al-Andalus through seven expert voices. From the domestic universe and the experience of motherhood in classical Arab societies to women’s presence in the souk and the emotional spaces of first-person writing, the program addresses social, cultural and spiritual dimensions never greatly explored. It will also analyze astronomy in the final days of Al-Andalus, Sufi thought and the relationship between women and the Alhambra. It is an invitation to rediscover Al-Andalus from solid contemporary perspectives.
