    Casa Árabe, the Toledo School of Translators (UCLM) and the State Agency for Spain’s Official State Bulletin are presenting this new bilingual Spanish-Arabic edition of the Spanish Constitution, resulting from the cooperation between the three institutions, with a text revised by translators from different backgrounds and schools of Law. It will be taking place in Madrid on Tuesday, December 2. Please sign up to attend

    Gaza: Poems to Fight Genocide

    On Wednesday, November 5, in Madrid, Casa Árabe and the Ediciones del Oriente y del Mediterráneo publishing firm will be presenting an anthology of poems written in recent months by thirty young Palestinian poets, including both women and men, as the killing in the Gaza Strip and the violent expansion of illegal settlements in the West Bank continue. The event will feature four of these poets and the work’s translator, Ignacio Gutiérrez de Terán. Come listen to their talk.

    From September 08, 2025 until November 04, 2025From October 7 to December 16, with sessions held on alternating Tuesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

    During the last quarter of the year, we will be holding new sessions of our Reading Club, when we will get the chance to discover and discuss works and authors that allow us to learn more about the Arab world through literature and essays. Registration has begun. Sign up now!
