Workshops on “Decorated Cities”: Embroidering at Casa Árabe with the family
From October 10, 2025 until November 22, 2025The workshops will be held on the Saturdays indicated below, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.MADRIDStarting on October 25, Casa Árabe is organizing five family workshops at its headquarters in Madrid to discover the relationship between the geometry of the bricks on our building’s façade and the cultural identity in Neo-Mudéjar art, giving it the color lent by embroidery. We continue embroidering for Palestine
October 17, 2025 The workshop will be held on Friday, October 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.MADRIDTICKETS SOLD OUT. On Friday, October 17, we will continue practicing traditional Palestinian embroidery (tatreez) guided by three embroiderers who are refugees in Spain. Come discover some of the typical patterns from their places of origin and embroider your favorite. -

Guided tours of Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Madrid
From October 01, 2025 until October 17, 2025The tours will be given on the dates of October 17 and 18 at 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.MADRIDAs part of the Madrid Otra Mirada (MOM) program, on October 16 and 17 we will be giving tours of the former Aguirre Schools, one of the capital’s finest examples of Neo-Mudéjar architecture.
