Attending and participating in this event, which was organized by Casa Árabe, the UNED university, the Madrid Office of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), the CIDOB and Casa Mediterráneo, along with García-Margallo will be Eduardo López Busquets, the General Director of Casa Árabe; José I. Torreblanca, a UNED professor and the Director of ECFR Madrid; Lluis Bassets, the Assistant Director of El País newspaper, and Ana Palacio, a member of Spain’s Council of State. -
